In a quiet seaside town, a gas station clerk named Huck secretly uses his special gifts to do a good deed each day. When his story leaks, a media firestorm erupts, bringing him uninvited fame. As pieces of Huck’s past begin to resurface, it’s no longer clear who his friends are—or whose lives may be in danger.
“I’ve been a fan of Mark Millar for many years. Superman:Red Son, The Ultimates and Old Man Logan, for example, are comics that changed my way of thinking storytelling and molded the way I do comics myself. When Mark asked me to join him in his new project, Huck, I was obviously sold. It was impressive and quite surprising to me, though, to realize by reading and discussing the story with him, how we had the same references, ideas and goals — which is absolutely reflected on the pages of the book. Huck was one of the most pleasant projects I’ve ever done.”
